The Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie is a prequel to the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series, produced by TOHO Animation and streamed by Crunchyroll, a streaming service solely dedicated to anime.

There Are A Lot Of Dramatic Conflicts

Yuta had a traumatic childhood that molded him into the person he is now. Rika Orimoto, a childhood friend who had promised to marry him when they grew up was tragically killed in a car accident. Yuta unintentionally cursed Rika causing her spirit to become entangled with him. As a powerful Cursed Spirit, she would do anything she could to protect Yuta including harming other children.

Yuta became depressed to the point of attempting suicide. Rika haunting him as a Cursed Spirit and her harming others for his sake. He was saved by her but he still didn’t believe he deserved to live.

However, it is possible to be free of this vengeful spirit. The character will need the assistance of one of his teachers, Satoru Gojou, who is willing to teach him how to exorcise demons and curses at the Higher Technical College of Jujutsu in Tokyo

The film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was created at the renowned animation studio MAPPA. Which has an impressive track record in addition to possessing the TOHO Animation stamp and Crunchyroll distribution.
Founded by Masao Maruyama, a former Madhouse producer, there are currently over 200 animators working on a variety of projects, including Zankyou no Terror (2014), Banana Fish (2018), Dororo (2019), and the fourth season of the popular anime Attack on Titan (2020).
